I had an amazing experience at the Northridge location thanks to Terri Gall, the dental assistant. From the moment I walked in, Terri made me feel comfortable and cared for. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly gentle throughout the entire process. She explained everything clearly, checked on me often to make sure I was okay, and truly went above and beyond to make my visit stress-free.
It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, kindness, and genuine attention to patients the way Terri does. She made what could have been a nerve-racking appointment so easy. If you come here, definitely ask for Terri, she’s amazing!
